Booking Policies
These policies help us honor every client’s time in the chair. Please review them before your appointment.
Cancellations
- Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment time.
- Late cancellations (inside the 24-hour window) will be charged the remaining balance of the service, plus any processing fees. No exceptions.
- Rescheduling into the next month is handled on a case-by-case basis.
Rescheduling
- Appointments may only be rescheduled online.
- Deposits are non-transferable across months.
No-Show Policy
- Arriving 20 minutes or more past your appointment time is considered a no-show.
- No-shows are charged 100% of the service fee and will be removed from the online booking system.
Late Arrivals
- A 15-minute grace period is given for late arrivals.
- After 15 minutes, a $25 late fee applies. Your service may be shortened to stay on schedule, but full payment is still due.
Extra Guests
- Additional guests are not permitted to accompany you to your appointment.
- Arriving with an extra guest will require rescheduling your appointment, and full payment will still be due.
