Occasion hair here runs in two appointments. The consultation comes first. Whitney looks at your length, your density, how your hair has behaved under heat before, and how well it holds a set, then tells you which service to reserve and roughly how much chair time it needs.
You book the style second, once the two of you know which one it is. Both appointments go through the same online calendar as everything else on it. Bring the date with you to the first one. That one detail changes the answer.
