Program Terms

  • 3-month minimum commitment; cancellation not available during the initial term.
  • After the minimum, cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice (text or email); plan stays active through the notice period.
  • Auto-renews month-to-month after the minimum term. No refunds on fees already charged.
  • Pause/freeze available once per calendar year, up to 30 days.
  • Unused monthly inclusions roll over 1 calendar month, then expire.
  • Member discounts apply to à la carte services beyond monthly inclusions; can't be combined with other promotions.
  • Pricing updates come with 30 days' notice to members.
