To initiate a return please email us through the contacts tab at the bottom of our website and send us the details of the items you are requesting to receive credit for. You do not need to wait for instructions from us to send it back. The buyer is responsible for all SHIPPING RETURN COSTS. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely no refunds will given.

​Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all. Please fill out our exchange form, which is included in your package. If your package did not include a return form simply include your name, email, phone number, order number and address inside the package. Defective items must be reported within 24 - 48 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your package.
 

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship
